what is a target attribute because i was told this ’ Your anchor (a ) element does not have a target attribute. Check that there is a space after the opening tag’s name and/or there are spaces before all attribute names.

I see a href attribute but no target attribute.

Hi,
Basically, target attribute will direct where the link within an anchor element will be opened (_blank is a new tab). So, you are suppose to add target attribute within your anchor element.
