Step 14. I havent got a clue where im meant to input the code to create the link to go into a new page “_blank”

you are told to add a target attributes
all attributes must be added to the opening tag of the element they are relevant to.
In this case the target attribute is relevant to the anchor tag.
Place it next to the href tag.
Give the target element a value of “_blank”
