hi, my name is philippe. I’m supper new to coding .I got stuck in step 14, I just cant seems to figure out where to put the target_blank anchor. Thanks.

You should not try to add a new opening anchor tag. You need to add the target attribute to the opening tag you already had.

This is a href attribute with the value “target_blank cat photos”, which doesn’t match the instructions.
