You should add it inside your a element. Put it after your href attribute. And dont forget to give the attribute target the value. Just like you did it with the href and its value.

_blank is the VALUE of the ATTRIBUTE named target.
Remember to put all attributes AFTER the element name. Otherwise, the HTML element becomes wrong.
Ex: Placing an anchor tag with some description.

<a href="...." > This is CORRECT </a>
<href="...." a > This is WRONG </a>

here, the element become <href..> instead of <a>. So the element becomes WRONG.
