CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE OUT THAT WHAT TO WRITE!

with html, you have tags, such as <a> <h1> <p>

within these tags you can add attributes that do different things. attributes tend to have the attribute name with a value

<tag attribute="value">

target is an attribute that can tell the link where to open.
HTML target Attribute (w3schools.com)

the _blank, is a value used to tell the browser to open the link in another window

when you come across something new, look for a website with a list of tags or use a search engine.
It may not seem like much, but will help you greatly :smiley:
