Tell us what’s happening:
I put the _blank in and it tells me that it’s wrong if I change anything then the link is deactivated. What do I do?

hello , i can see that you have not added “target” attribute before “_blank” value in the anchor tag.

I put the target in and it reminded me that I need quotation marks but it still is wrong

If you have to add an attribute to an html element, follow the rule:

<element attribute="value"...></element>

The element is anchor <a></a>,
The attribute is ‘target’,
the value is “_blank”.
