Welcome to the forum!
Step 14 instructions ask that a target attribute with the value of _blank be added to the ‘a’ element. This can be achieved the same as any other attribute and value. It is important to remember to leave space between it and any other attributes within the ‘a’ element.
Example only using a ‘p’ element and type attribute.
< p type=“text” >
The target attribute would be where the type is, and the _blank would be where the text is in the example.
I hope this helps you. Happy coding!
