I think I’m putting the target attribute in the right place but it’s still wrong. What is the target attribute supposed to look like?

I’m unable to Add a target attribute with the value _blank to the anchor (a ) element’s opening tag, so that the link opens in a new tab.

Attributes (and their associated values) go inside the opening tag. Just like you have already added the href attribute to the opening a tag. You add the target attribute the same way.
