Hello and welcome to FCC Forum, a community of people helping each other!

There is a stray < at the end of this code.

But, for step 14 to add the target attribute and its value “_blank” I suggest adding it behind the a anchor leaving a space before it, and a space after the value before the href.
Here is an article explaining it, with an example.
