knowing that, apply target attribute, same way you applied href

The target attribute with the value of “_blank”, looks scary. I remember my first glance at it.

But, when we realize that it is entered into the anchor the same as any other attribute and value, it is a bit easier.

Notice how you have entered the href attribute with its “url” value in the quoted code. Enter the target and its value the same way, making sure to leave a space between the attribute and any other code within the anchor.
