Add a target attribute with the value _blank to the anchor (a ) element’s opening tag, so that the link opens in a new tab.

Ok, so your anchor element already has an href attribute and you should now add a target attribute with the value _blank, using the same syntax (attribute="value"). You can add multiple attributes to the same element by separating them with spaces.
