To add the target attribute and its value of “_blank” would be done the same way the href attribute and its value “https://freecatphotoapp.com” have been added. Leave a space between the target attribute and any other text in the anchor. As long as it does not interfere with the href and its value, and is after the a anchor, leaving a space, it should work for you.
