Dice que Su elemento p debe tener un elemento ancla (a) anidado con el texto fotos de gatos. Es posible que lo hayas eliminado o que tengas un error tipográfico.

There’s a Española category btw…
add the target attribute to your blank value with a space after you opening <a> tag so that your link opens up in a seperate tab.
Ex:

<a href="link.com" target="_blank">LINK</a>

Por cierto, hay una categoría Española… agregue el atributo de destino a su valor en blanco con un espacio después de abrir la etiqueta para que su enlace se abra en una pestaña separada. Ejemplo:
<a href="link.com" target="_blank">ENLACE</a>

Target es un atributo de a al igual que href

<a target="_blank" href="link" >texto</a>
