So concerning your code:

the way you did the blank is wrong, to do something like that, follow the same way you did the href```
href=“…”
href is an attribute, the text in between the apostrophe is the value. In this case target is your attribute, _blank is your value.

remove the _blank from the a anchor.

Glory1 is correct. Add a space then target=" to the _blank in the anchor element.
