I don’t know how to do this Add a target attribute with the value _blank to the anchor (a ) element’s opening tag, so that the link opens in a new tab

target is an attribute for the a tag it goes inside the opening a tag like so

<a href="#" target="#">text</a>

then I also noticed the under score before you “cat” text please remove it
and watch out for the spaces
