Tell us what’s happening: how to add a target during the step 14 is becoming a difficult task for me to do. please help me with it.

Describe your issue in detail here. i do not really know the exact spot where to insert the tag for the target.

Adding a target attribute to a anchor opening tag will cause your link to open up in a new tab.
Add the target attribute to your links opening tag with a value of _blank.
Ex:

<a attribute="value"></a>
