I dont understand the question, and where am i supposed to put the _blank element.

. so i'm struggling to add the _blank target attribute.

Is that your code in the first line? If so then it looks like you’re missing the closing bracket, and then you just need to add the target blank attribute as above.
In forum posts, you can format code using the </> key to make it clearer.
