While “a” is the HTML element that you are going to modify in this step to the cat photo app, the “Target” element, with the value of “_blank” is what you are going to modify it with! Be sure to look at the example on step 12 of the cat photo app to see how to add a ATTRIBUTE to your HTML element! Most attributes are arranged as ----- name=“value”
