Learning to describe problems is hard, but it is an important part of learning how to code.
Also, the more you say, the more we can help!

Welcome to the forum @devanand !

It is best to include the problem and any error message received for the code, along with the complete code. This allows the community the opportunity to focus on the problem and offer proper guidance to help resolve the it.

This step asks us to add the target attribute and its value _blank to the anchor.
This can be done in the same way as the href attribute and its value https://freecatphotoapp.com have been added to the anchor.
It can be entered either after the a or at the end of the opening anchor tag.
Please remember to leave a space between it and any other code within the anchor.

Wishing you good progress.
