Next time you create a post, try explaining your issue.

A target is an attribute not an element and ‘_blank’ is the value of the target attribute. In your element add a space then the text ‘target’ followed by an equals to sign. Then add quotation marks and in your quotation marks add your value.
So it should look similar to this: <elementname attribute="value">
