I cant figure out where to put the target

tried a few things. my understanding is i have to put _blank on the opening tag my first go to was _blank>…

Do the instructions tell you to add "_blank" to the tag, or to assign it to a property?

Add a target attribute with the value _blank to the anchor (a ) element’s opening tag, so that the link opens in a new tab.

So you need to add an attribute with a value assigned to it. Did you do that?
