You have correctly added a target attribute to an anchor tag. The only issue is that you should be adding it to the existing anchor element (inside the p element), not create a new anchor element.
You can add multiple attributes to the same tag by separating them with spaces, so just move your target attribute into the anchor tag above and remove the unnecessary anchor element.
