its not making senes

What does not make sense, please?

When we view the previous step we see:

The text without the anchor would be:
<p>See more cat photos in our gallery.</p>

With the anchor added, we see:
See more <a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com">cat photos</a> in our gallery.</p>

Our current step we see:
<p>Everyone loves cute cats online!</p>

We are asked to place the opening anchor tag before the text cute and the closing anchor tag after the word cats to turn this text into a link.
