Coding in any language requires precision. And attention to detail.
In the line of code you have here there is some syntax issues which need to be fixed.

The first thing we see in the line is this:
<a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com"

This is an incomplete anchor tag. All tags much start with < and end with >
So in this case, your opening anchor tag is missing the left >

Following this is the img tag which currently looks like this:
<img src="https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/curriculum/cat-photo-app/relaxing-cat.jpg" alt="A cute orange cat lying on its back.">>

And again, we see a problem with the brackets. The tag should end with a single >, not two >> (delete the extra)

This should hopefully fix things. Let us know if not (report the newest code if so)
