I don’t understand how to do it

You already turned the words “cat photos” into a link by wrapping them with the appropriate a tags. This is how you turn anything into a link. So you want to do the same thing for the img.

You need to make this img line go between the anchor tags.
(Opening on the left, closing in the right)
Alternatively just put an opening anchor tag on a new line above the img
And the closing tag on a line below it.
