You need to make the image a link as opposed to text “cat photos”

I see you are trying to turn the img into a link.
I see you started writing out the anchor tag but it is not complete yet.
All HTML tags must end with a > angled bracket, but your opening anchor tag seems to be missing that.
(refer back to how you did it in step 10/11/12)
Also you seem to be missing the closing anchor tag as well which should be on the other side of the img tag.
