Instructions: “Turn the image into a link by surrounding it with necessary element tags.”

Surrounding something means to put it in
between something. So you should be putting the img element in between opening and closing anchor tags. You have put an opening anchor tag inside of the the img tag, which is invalid HTML. And you don’t have a closing a tag at all.
