Tell us what’s happening:
I honestly just have no clue what I’m doing wrong. I’m brand new to code so it may just be me being stupid, but I’m not sure where to go from here since I’ve tried everything I could think of.

It looks like you have two links in a row going to the same href. Check your code for the duplicate link and remove it (I think it’s the one that includes the target attribute).
