tried lots of different ways around this and cat seem to get it. im trying to replicate the process for linking the img like i did the text but to no avail. i know the solution is simple, but its driving me insane

You must not break the img element. You cannot put a tag inside of another tag.

This is how you turned words into a link. You need to do the same thing, but replace the words with the img element.

I figured it out thanks! had to place the <a element with the href"#"> outside of the img element. ie it goes before anything
