Yes I have an error that says: you should have an img element with an src value you may have accidentally deleted it. I believe that I have not touched it I believe it is still there, so I’m not sure what the issue is.

the test thinks you deleted the image because the img tag is gone and you now have a aimg tag instead

remove the letter a so that the test can understand that the img tag still exists

ps. you have other mistakes as well
such as the anchor tag is missing its name
and the anchor element is missing its closing tag
