To turn something into a link you need to nest it inside an anchor element, which means you need to surround it with opening and closing a tags. You have added the a tags inside of the img tag, which is not valid HTML. Instead, wrap the img tag with the opening and closing a tags, just like you did to turn cat photos into a link in a previous step.
