Challenge: Learn HTML by Building a Cat Photo App - Step 15

Link to the challenge:

Hello there. Welcome to the freecodecamp forum.

  • I see that your href is not in the right position. It should be within the opening anchor tags, the value of the href attribute should be surrounded by quotes, and the equal sign in front of href is unnecessary
  • Also, your img tag is not closed.

Howdy! Thanks for posting your question on the forum.

In order to complete this challenge, simply put your link inside your a element, as a value for the href attribute.
To remind you, here’s how to add an attribute to an element:

<element attribute="attributesValue"></element>

Like you’ve done with your img element, simply add the href attribute inside your a element’s opening tag, and then and an equal to sign (=), and then add double/single quotes, and then add the link to freeCodeCamp’s website.

Also, be sure to close your img tag. It’s a self-closing tag, and doesn’t require an actual closing tag.

Hope this helps!
