The test requires me to add a link to this image and each time im not sure now where Im supposed to place my a href tag both opening and closing so that the link for the image is created

To turn something into a link, you simply enclose it within a pair of anchor tags. So, put an opening a tag before the img element and a closing a tag after it. Do not edit the img element itself in any way.
Then, inside the opening a tag, you can add whatever attributes are required, such as the href.
