am not able to change the image into a link at step 15.

hi Mary, remove the link after alt attribute and close your tag after that.
like so:

A few things with the code:

  1. The closing angle bracket > is missing from the opening anchor element.

  2. Only the closing < /a> is needed after closing after back." >

I believe it should pass with these changes.

You may wish to reset and do it, or just make the changes.
