it keeps saying I’m missing a closing (a) tag after the img. I just put if after the img url. It still popped up what do I do?

Try moving the closing < /a> to where the complete img and alt are included in the anchor.

put your closing image tag after your whole image element.
Ex:

<a href=""><img target=_blank src="" alt=""></a>
