Turn the image into a link by surrounding it with necessary element tags. Use https://freecatphotoapp.com as the anchor’s href attribute value.

You have the Img but it’s not a link.

You’re missing the link they asked for inside the anchor tag ( Link should come before the img)
Pay close attention to the quotation marks, you have more than you need/wrong spot
