If I include the required https, the (a) elements don’t work. If I don’t add it, the (a) elements are red but I get the error that I’m missing the https.

As the instructions describe " Turn the image into a link by surrounding it with necessary element tags. Use https://freecatphotoapp.com as the anchor’s href attribute value.". You need to surround the img tag with anchor tags(opening and closing tags). Do not forget to add the href attribute to the anchor tag. Which links the image to website “https://freecatphotoapp.com”. This should pass the tests ,
