Tried adding the section tag to my code but doesnt seem to get it right . what next can be done to solve this .

The instructions: " Take your h2 , comment, p , and anchor (a ) elements and nest them in a section element."

You have added the opening <section> tag before the opening <main> tag, and added the <h2> tag. Where did you find that instruction?
The opening <section> tag goes before the <h2>Cat Photos</h2>, and the closing </section> tag goes after the ‘a’ element.

Reset the step and do it again.
