Suggestion:
Reset the step and only follow the instructions.

Do not change anything.

Only add the second section element after the closing first section element.

Here is an example using fieldset.

< element1> this is text < /element1>
< element2> this is text < /element2>
< element3> this is text < /element3>
< /headstarter>
< /fieldset>

New fieldset would go here.
