The lower the number, the higher the importance, so h2 elements have less importance than h1 elements. Please my question is that i don't understand this. i  have the above but  still not getting it

Your element is<h1>not <CatPhoto>. CatPhoto is just a random text.
The syntax is
<h1> *random text to be displayed* </h1>
