Might be my closing tag that’s the issue but I am not sure what is wrong.

Your closing h3 tag is fine. It’s your opening h3 tag that’s the problem.

Does this look like any of the other opening tags you have created so far? You have even created another h3 element above in a previous step. Look at that one for an example.

Also, have you used quotes around any of the other text you have added so far?

From looking at my other h3 element, I know why it’s not operating along with noticing about using quotations. Thank you.
