The ‘action’ attribute goes into existing opening <form> tag. Instead of that, you have added another ‘form’ element.

Yes, thank you for this unique and comprehensive explanation. You have explained this the best. However I did while trying to fold it there in many different ways thinking it would behave like the ul and ol elements.
