Learning to describe problems is hard, but it is an important part of learning how to code.
Also, the more you say, the more we can help!

Welcome to the forum @phindilesibeko203

The instructions are asking you to add a comment, using exact words.

TODO: Add link to cat photos

Happy coding

I did add the comment “TODO: Add link to cat photos” but when I check my code is says its wrong.

In the code you supplied, the text does not match the one given in the instructions.

If it does not exactly match, the test will fail.
You are missing TODO:
to is mispelt

Okay I just did that now and my text is above the" p"but it still says my code is wrong

Please post you updated code.

To wrap ‘cat photos’ you will need to use the ‘a’ tags.

<a href="url">cat photos</a>

make sure you check how it displays so that the proper spacing appears. Good luck!
