i’m guessing it wants you to pay attention to the capital S in Submit

the hint is showing that check there is a space after the opening tag’s name

i have also reduced the extra space to the left of the equal sign still its not working
this is the original code

You have made the label submit
instead of Submit
Also the instructions only wanted a type attribute …
