Can someone help me with this problem i tried to search google and even watch youtube but it still said “Your new input element should be above the existing input with type attribute set to text . You have them in the wrong order.”

code put for question can be ok on computer screen but not want to give answer if this is code read and fix bottom input put text for type like did radio for type catphotourl should be name= no? thank you take care
