i am so confused right now, it is saying “your new radio button and associated label should be below the first one. You have them in the wrong order.”

It might be because you’ve also accidentally deleted the form element opening tag. Sometimes the hints are inaccurate because they’re not prepared for some situations.

I recommend restarting the step, you can do so by submitting your code over and over without passing, and then clicking the Restart step button.

you were right i restarted the step and did the same thing, it passed im on to the next step, much appreciated
