You should not make any changes to the Indoor radio button. You can restart the step to get the original HTML back if needed… i didn’t get this

try to make the bottom line look exactly the same as the top one in every way

okay so what i wrong with my code?
Create another radio button below the first one.
<type=“radio”
Nest it inside a label element with Outdoor as the label text.
Outdoor ( label text right)

Give the radio button an id attribute with outdoor as the value.
Outdoor

if you can copy the first radio button (indoor one), then you will fix all the errors.
(rather than listen to me list them all)

Create another radio button below the first one.
<type=“radio”
Nest it inside a label element with Outdoor as the label text.
Outdoor ( label text right)
Give the radio button an id attribute with outdoor as the value.
Outdoor input id=“outdoor” type=“radio”>

I’m sorry I can’t follow what you are saying/posting.

When you enter a code block into a forum post, please precede it with a separate line of three backticks and follow it with a separate line of three backticks to make it easier to read.

You can also use the “preformatted text” tool in the editor (</>) to add backticks around text.

See this post to find the backtick on your keyboard.
Note: Backticks (`) are not single quotes (').

<label><input id="outdoor" type="radio"> Outdoor</label>

this is my final code

that looks correct. Did you need more help?

this is exactly what i did but it still didn’t work. i need more help please

okay so here’s the next step. Go ahead and click on Restart Step, and then force your browser to clear the cache with the CTRL-F5 command.
After that, copy and paste the line you posted above into position and check again.
Let me know how that went.

ok sure i will do that

hello… pls i still didn’t work but this was the hint
Your radio button should have an id attribute. Check that there is a space after the opening tag’s name and/or there are spaces before all attribute names.

So please what do i do?

can you copy all the code here again? (as many lines as your mouse can highlight…)

t  <figcaption>Cats <strong>hate</strong> other cats.</figcaption>
        </figure>
      </section>
      <section>
        <h2>Cat Form</h2>
        <form action="https://freecatphotoapp.com/submit-cat-photo">
          <label><input type="radio"> Indoor</label>
          <label><id="outdoor"> Outdoor</label>
          <input type="text" name="catphotourl" placeholder="cat photo URL" required>
          <button type="submit">Submit</button>
        </form>
      </section>
    </main>
  </body>
</html>ype or paste code here

remember how I said that your line for Outdoor should look like the previous one?
And then you fixed it?
Why did you unfix it?

  <img src="https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/curriculum/cat-photo-app/cats.jpg" alt="Five cats looking around a field.">
          <figcaption>Cats <strong>hate</strong> other cats.</figcaption>

my friend, you seem to have changed the indoor radio button line.
Please click on Restart Step again to fix it.
Then add you new line of code beneath it.
