How can i Nest the Indoor and Outdoor radio buttons within a fieldset element, and to indent the radio buttons.

from your code you spelt Fieldset wrongly and placed them in the wrong position.
However,you need just two fieldset.
what to do
1.spell fieldset correctly
2. place the first one before the first label, place second fieldset at the end of second label.

let me know if you understand.

Still the samething as you instructed me

can you please give a detailed explanation on what the problem is ?

@Abdullateefkayode I think you misunderstood the instruction
1. you need two fieldset mean one fieldset i.e opening fieldset tag and closing fieldset tag
2. place the first one before the first label, and place the second fieldset at the end of the second label. which means you have a closing fieldset tag at end of the second label

example :

  <fielset>
          <label>1</label>
          <label>2</label>
</fielset>
