It is a fieldset element, not a fieldSet element.

I agree. One important thing to remember in coding of all kinds is case.
Elements within html should be lower case this is best practice .If you change the case of even one character the element may not be able to recognise what it is supposed to do.

To add to the previous guidance, please add the closing > bracket at the end of the opening form tag?

You are doing great. I can see you have some JavaScript skills in the mentioned error of the fieldset tags. This could happen to any of us.

i have fixed that but there is still a problem. it still not letting me go to the next level
