Challenge: Learn HTML by Building a Cat Photo App - Step 56

Link to the challenge:

Hi @TheRealPharaohFresh

Remember you have to write your tags properly.

<input id="loving" type="checkbox" for="loving" name=loving <label>

This is not a proper tag. Your input tag does not have >.

Furthermore, after you add the label element (which I see you have done here)

add the necessary attribute:

  • for attribute for the label element
  • id attribute for the input element.
  • The for and the id must have the same value for it to be linked.

Hope that helps

The solution.

It is great that you solved the challenge, but instead of posting your full working solution, it is best to stay focused on answering the original poster’s question(s) and help guide them with hints and suggestions to solve their own issues with the challenge.

We are trying to cut back on the number of spoiler solutions found on the forum and instead focus on helping other campers with their questions and definitely not posting full working solutions.
